什麼是奈米壓印?

奈米壓印微影技術(Nano Imprint Lithography, NIL)是一種高效的微納米結構複製轉移工藝。該技術主要分為光固化(UV NIL)與熱成型(Thermal Embossing NIL)兩大類。由於 UV NIL 具備低成本、高產出、高解析度且適用於多種基材的優勢,因此鼎力光學選擇以 UV NIL 作為核心主力製程。 

主力製程特色:

1.高精度微結構複製:

依據基材材質在平面基板上塗佈 UV 樹脂,利用壓印模仁直接壓印並照射 UV 光使其固化。模仁離型後即可精準複製微納米紋理,確保產品外觀與結構的高度一致性。

2.綠色環保製程:

全程採用 UV 光照固化,取代傳統的高溫烘烤作業;同時使用無溶劑(Solvent-free)UV 樹脂,能大幅減少揮發性有機物(VOCs)的排放,符合永續生產趨勢。

Nanoimprint Lithography (NIL) is an advanced surface-patterning technology designed for replicating micro- and nanostructures. It is generally categorized into UV-curable NIL (UV NIL) and Thermal Embossing NIL. Teamlead Optical (TLO) adopts UV NIL as our primary manufacturing process due to its high throughput, cost-effectiveness, high resolution, and excellent substrate compatibility. 

Key Process Features:

1.High-Precision Replication: UV resin is applied onto a flat substrate based on material requirements. The mold (stamp) then imprints the resin, which is instantly cured via UV light exposure. Once the mold is released, the intricate patterns are perfectly replicated, ensuring exceptional consistency across mass production.

2.Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: NIL is a green manufacturing process. By utilizing UV curing instead of traditional thermal baking, and employing solvent-free UV resins, we significantly reduce volatile emissions and elimination of contamination risks.

In the past, Industrial Designers (ID) focused primarily on novel and innovative aesthetics. However, when moving to manufacturing, these designs often faced production bottlenecks, remaining as non-functional mockups due to the inability to implement real-world mass-production materials.
